Interview lasted under a minute and I got the 214(b) slip. Is there anything to learn?
Three questions, then the white paper. I keep reading that reapplying without a change of circumstances is pointless, but nobody says what counts as a change. Has anyone reapplied successfully without a new job or a new house?
